TORQUE_OS is operated by Joshua Wilder (sole proprietor). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles refunds and billing support on our behalf.
Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge for any monthly or lifetime plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on the receipt, or contact us at billing@torqueos.app and we will help you through the process.
Renewals
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to pay, contact us or Paddle and we will review the request in good faith.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in your account being suspended.
