How to submit a notice
Send the following to dmca@torqueos.app:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) or specific location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including your contact information, a description of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
